Mister S. had big plans! Being a 'sleepy newborn' was not one of them, but he was a blast!

15th Birthday at Eastbank Esplanade
After they were done getting their hair
done these girls met me down by the water for some Happy Fifteenth
pictures and headshots of each girl. To respect the privacy of others
only the client's face will be posted, until if or when I receive
consent from other parents.. but let me just say it was a FUN shoot and
very FUN girls!

My Little H. turns 3
This week began the never ending string of Birthday Celebration.
3 years ago I got to meet my lovely Miss H.
Technically I have 6 more days before I am the proud owner of a three year old
But I'll admit it will be nice to say a number that doesn't have people second guessing her size and, um, mouth.
Today we Celebrated her Birthday with my Family before they leave on vacation
She loved her cake, though I was soo tired I'm surprised it was structurally sound and standing this morning!
Technically today was Husband P.'s actual Birthday, so he got a cake too, kinda, and my Dad sang the 'And you smell like one too' version of Happy Birthday...
But back to the Princess!
The Uncles kept trying to get her to dig into her cake before everyone was ready, poor thing had fork and spoon scars!
After the 3 or 4th poke and run I handed her a ring pop to distract her.
It did not work.
So we lit up that bad boy!
Happy Birthday to YOU!
She was quite proud of herself!
Grandma, Papa, and Uncles D4&D5 got her a South Hill Designs charm necklace
(smooth name drop huh)
It came with a 'care card' explaining how to keep it pristine. But that is not what she read...
This is not verbatim, it was extremely unexpected and being tucked behind the lens it took me a second to realize what was happening
'It says thank you for coming to my party, and blowing my candle, and opening my presents and for my cake and everything'
Grandma V. got her a new Pettiskirt. YAYAYAYAYAY for new props!
Daddy got her a brand new pink Minnie Mouse pack-pack!
She has been asking for a 'pink pack-pack' since Eli's first week of school when he got TWO new bookbags
Momma had the last pick through the pile and gave her a Lala Loopsy Sisters doll. She had been demanding the baby Loopsy since I was crazy enough to let Grandma get her a DVD for Christmas
Not the cutest face my child has ever made, but she was astonished by the 'Snow White' inspired Loopsy

Momma asked Miss C. to show me her "Surprise face"
Play Boutique had multiple play kitchens
Strollers, carts and babies! What more could a girl want? I was very impressed with the set up!
So many different toys all of the kids were lost in wonderland!
We had to say "Cupcakes" TWICE to get their attention away from the fun!
The Momma's set up a dainty treat bar! I took a Cheesecake tourte and was in heaven!
Then it was pizza slider time and boy were they a hit!
And finally... Cupcake time!!
Miss P. had more of an 'inhale' approach to her Birthday Cupcake
Where as Miss C. took her time enjoying every bit of the frosting with sparkles!
